Centrally located in Summer Beach Village, Sailmaker accommodations include fully equipped one-, two- and three-bedroom units. All units have a combined living room/dining room; breakfast bar; fully equipped kitchen including microwave oven, washer and dryer; and color television with cable/HBO and VCR. Each one also offers either a resort or oceanfront view. Bedding in units varies according to the owner's preference. Parking is offered in front of each building, but no recreational-vehicle, boat or jet-ski parking is available.

One-bedroom villa:
First-floor unit with twin beds, patio and bath with walk-in shower (no tub). Full kitchen, living room and dining room.

Two-bedroom villa:
First-floor unit with two baths and patio. Full kitchen, living room and dining room.

Two-bedroom townhouse:
Second- and third-floor unit with 2 1/2 baths. Outside entrance with steps to the second level. Entrance level features living area with balcony and 1/2 bath. Bedrooms and baths are all located on the third floor. Full kitchen, living room and dining room.

Three-bedroom villa:
