Ocean Place is our newest development, located adjacent to The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island and The Golf Club of Amelia Island at Summer Beach, and also very close to the Atlantic Ocean. In addition to two private swimming pools, Ocean Place offers the Executive Retreat Center, a meeting facility that accommodates groups from twenty to 84 people for executive retreats, seminars, training and conferences. Rental guests have access to two tennis courts and The Golf Club of Amelia Island's Beach Club Pool and Snack Bar, which are centrally located in the Summer Beach Village Development.

Each building in the resort consists of seven floors with elevator access and outside parking. There are five units per floor, featuring three-bedroom, three-bath condos on the outside or two-bedroom, two-bath condos in between.

Each unit features a combined living room/dining room with a patio or balcony that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped - including microwave oven - and each unit is also equipped with a washer and a dryer. All units also have televisions with cable/HBO and VCR or DVD player. Each unit's master bedroom has access to the balcony overlooking the ocean. No recreational vehicles, boat or jet-ski parking is available, and pets are not permitted.
